What challenges did you face in your job search?
After ten years in the military I was accustomed to clear concise guidance in everything I needed to accomplish. Entering into the civilian workforce I had no idea where to even start or how to navigate the whole process of identifying where I wanted to work, how to get my foot in the door, and ultimately land the job of my dreams.
